Maximizing Efficiency at High Volume

The construction industry is facing unprecedented volumes of work, along with labor shortages, heightened compliance and budget risks.

This executive session will explore the importance of value engineering, enabling remote work through technology, and simplifying variance claims to ensure projects stay on time and on budget.

We’ll also cover industry best practices, focusing on standardization and traceability across all project partners to ensure quality delivery to clients.

The importance of interoperability in construction

Interoperability in construction allows stakeholders to quickly make accurate and timely decisions to move projects forward with confidence. Without it, systems need to manually manipulate and transform data, leading to a greater chance of errors.

However, it’s essential that companies choose interoperable solutions and work with an open data philosophy. Without it, most of the benefits will go unrealized and more problems will be created for the future.

In this session, we’ll discuss the importance of interoperability and share ideas on ways to facilitate proper innovation to grow margins and deliver projects more effectively.

AI in AECO: Understanding the impact on your business

Artificial intelligence has the potential to revolutionize every aspect of the AECO industry. But navigating this transformative technology will require a shift in mindset, upskilling of the workforce, robust data management strategies — and caution.

Join this session to participate in an interactive discussion exploring the transformative potential of AI in construction and how your company can harness its opportunities for future growth.
